Practical progress in your backbends. A detailed and broader picture warmup to the spaces in the body we need to be able to move in order to backward bend. Then breakdowns of Half Moon Backbend, Cobra, Bow, Camel, and a little bit of Wheel Pose before I ran out of time. If you have these items at home, grab them: tennis/lacrosse/massage ball, 2 blocks, and a resistance strap. You will be able to get by without the equipment too. Find a space on the wall you can use. Enjoy!
